Our Process

Understanding How Cruooze Delivers Excellence

Cruooze operates through a mobile based application that simplifies every step of the material ordering process:
Step 1: Search & Request
The customer opens the Cruooze app and selects the desired material type (e.g., sand, stone, chippings, or water).

They specify:
• Quantity (e.g., 20 tons, 30 tons, 10,000 liters of water)
• Delivery address (using Google Maps integration)
• Preferred delivery time
The system automatically shows available nearby trucks and estimated delivery costs.
Step 2: Price Confirmation & Payment
The app provides a transparent upfront price (based on distance, truck size, and demand).
Customers can pay via:
• (Escrow System): Payment is held securely until successful delivery.
Step 3: Truck Dispatch
Once confirmed, the Cruooze algorithm assigns the nearest available truck driver, who receives the job details, customer contact, and navigation route through the driver app.
Step 5: Delivery & Confirmation
Upon successful delivery, the customer confirms receipt on the app.
The driver’s payment is then released from escrow minus Cruooze’s commission (typically 10–15%).
Both parties can rate each other to ensure accountability and service quality.
